My next suggestion would be to try and connect an external display to the computer and determine if the screen shakes on the external display. If it shakes on the external display the graphics card has a problem. If it doesn't shake on the external display the issue is with the LED display on the laptop.

The screen doesn't "shake" per say, your crosshair moves with the recoil pattern, just move your mouse to compensate for the recoil and you will not only be accurate but you will also not see any shaking. Screen shake was considered an integral part of Nefarian and Ony in Vanilla. It was supposed to give you an opportunity to react to bellowing roar and switch stances or drop tremor totems, pop wotf etc Idk if you can disable it but it certainly is an intended mechanic for these bosses.
